MIKE REGAN
FOUNDING PARTNER

With 35+ years in state and federal government, including a tenure as U.S. Marshal of Pennsylvania’s Middle District, appointed by President George W. Bush. A former member of both the state House of Representatives and the Senate of Pennsylvania, Regan has broad based knowledge across all of Pennsylvania’s key industries.

In the state Senate, he championed Act 44 of 2018, and since its enactment has secured over $1 billion for school safety. As Chairman of the powerful Law & Justice Committee, he oversaw the Pennsylvania State Police , Municipal Police, the Liquor Control Board, and Pennsylvania’s Medical Marijuana program. Mike was one of the architects of Pennsylvania’s Medical Marijuana Program and was the driving force behind Act 86 of 2024, the freeing of spirit based Ready to Drink products being sold outside the state store system.

Mike has been a stalwart in the Main Capitol Building for the past 12 years and has made relationships across the building and both sides of the isle. He has been a trusted voice on many issues and passed various bills that have protected and improved the lives of Pennsylvanians.

He holds a Crime and Justice degree from Albright College and resides in York County with his family.

BRUCE MCLANAHAN

With nearly 20 years experience in government relations, public policy, and political campaigns. Having risen from a Senate Page to Senate Chief of Staff, he played key roles for Senator Regan in the passage of welfare reform, school safety, medical marijuana, and Ready- to-Drink cocktail legislation.

Bruce has also worked closely with Senators, Representatives, and Administration officials on navigating economic development projects through various agencies, including the Commonwealth Financing Authority grants including the Multimodal Transportation Fund as well as the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program through the Office of the Budget.
With previous lobbying experience in sectors such as gaming, construction, and information technology, there is little that hasn’t crossed Bruce’s desk in state government. Bruce is also active in local politics having consulted on numerous winning campaigns from the local to state level.

A ninth generation Pennsylvanian, he co-owns several farms in Franklin County that support Pennsylvania’s agricultural industry. He holds a Political Science degree with a minor in History from the Pennsylvania State University and lives in Cumberland County.
